Two Stories

We have a couple of stories for you today.  I went to the grocery store for my daily morning routine of buying my lunch and a little something for breakfast.  When I left the self check out, the girl, who I had never seen before, didn't even aknowledge that I had been here.  I told my partner that she must be new.  All the other employees are nice to me because I'm a regular.  She said that everyone should be treated like a regular.  She was right.  That phrase is still ringing in my mind.  Everyone should be treated like a regular.
The other story happened to her.  She made an appointment with a specialty doctor.  Of course, Angie had questions.  She had never been there before.  Most of them were simple questions like "Where are you located? and Is this going to hurt?"  The woman proceeded to answer in a tone that sounded really annoyed.  She said in a condescending voice that she would send a packet, which would explain everything.  Angie kept trying to ask more questions as the woman was trying to hang up and was getting impatient with her.  I'll let her tell you the rest later...
